At the end of the day its the government that sets standards so it really stops with them.
These days when you return home from shopping often the packaging you throw away exceeds the size of the item purchased by many times, this could easily be controlled with standards that dictate the amount of wattage allowed before fines are imposed on importers

I'm trying to be fair. Never forget the planet does a lot of this sort of weather stuff even without us and will continue to do so, but I think we have exacerbated it with our own lack of understanding over the past centuries. It's only now that we have some knowledge of what can cause the problem that we are beginning to take some of the blame.

with my tongue planted in my cheek john. he might be a hopeless so and so but i don't blame him. i'll start to apportion blame to abbott's inaction as soon as direct action is 'enacted' whatever that means .
