Particularly when every Labor governement in living history has amounted such huge debts whilst in office?
Or is it just that they blindly follow the old mantra, that 'Labor is for the working man?'
Now don't get me wrong - I don't particularly like Abbott, and I sure as h3ll didn't like Rudd or Gillard, but there's so much more to a political party than it's leader.
Feel free to discuss...

Sorry Poddster, had to go out. That chart shows to me that the NT students are getting lower results than the rest of Australia and I can understand that.
It says The 2013 Northern Territory NAPLAN (National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy) results show the lowest student performance in Australia in every subject area and year level. This has not changed over the past five years and that tells me that the rest of Australia is doing very well with the extra funding and staff.
The NT has it's own problems.

Remote schools in the NT have the best facilities do they?
From the horses mouth am3 (from J's link)
Fact 1 – Our schools and teachers are the best resourced in the country

That means nothing, by itself.
What if the students have a poor attendance at school? (which they do have a high rate of non-attendance in NT).
That is going to affect NTstudents learning abilities/skills.. but not so in, for example, VIC.
That article has nothing to do with what you are claiming...

Current Govt $46m to NT to improve attendance rate. I already posted this before. More students did start attending school more regularly then the schools couldn't cope with the extra numbers of students. Attendance has dropped back again.

Did the TN return the $46 million?
