Admit that Tony Abbott is useless?
Disclaimer : I am not an adoring fan of the leader of the opposition.

@poddster wrote:The unions are always screaming for higher and higher rates of pay for the less skilled instead of helping to get a higher level of skills.
They have driven employers offshore with those demands.
It is unfortunately in the interest of the unions to keep the workforce dumb, less skilled and dependent on them, that is how they exist.
It also drives the higher skilled people off shore, they follow the employers who have been driven of shore.
If there is no break in this cycle Australia will become a welfare country (heading that way very rapidly)
We have the resources to be a manufacturing country, that is being held back because of lack of a higher skilled workforce and the grip of the unions.
Agree.
Especially breaking the Welfare cycle.
And also the attitude of Labor Gov'ts and supporters that they pay for everything and build these ivory towers funded by the Gov't.
- one example, bottomless Gov't funding of appeals by Asylum Seekers
In answer to the OP, Abbott might have his faults but don't retreat ir give an inch or comes to mind
At least not the the opposition !

Well it seems to me that a lot of this type of bait thread is the modus operandi of op.

I can only see one, maybe 7 dropped off in the last two hours.
Last time I looked it wasn't against ebay rules to post new topics, maybe that has changed.
As to it being a leftist thing, you are seemingly oblivious to the spamming of the boards from the rightists when it suits them - are they blind also ?
BTW, are you compelled to respond to donnashuggy's threads ?
