Why do women choose to be Muslims?

I know no one here are really ridgey didgey Muslims. But I'm just curious how women rationalize choosing Islam as a guide to life??? If you were in their shoes, how would you justify it? 

WHat does Islam provide these women that other religion can't??? Islam is the fastest growing religion even in Western countries. THere must be something attractive about it for women. 

I'm not talking about women who are indoctrinated as kids and brainwashed but women who have the option of choice later in life. 

I just want to hear logical and rational reasons why YOU THINK these women choose to become the whole hog of burkas/hijabs wearing muslims??

not all muslim women are treated inferior.   treating women inferior has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with the male of the species wanting control.  it happens in many cultures irrespective of religion and has done since time began.  religion is often just used as an excuse.  male domination tries to keep women under control in many ways including establishing and reinforcing female body shape issues.

why women choose to follow a religion is due to many reasons including tradition, faith, need for community.  my sister who was never religious but grew up catholic has become a very staunch christian (baptist) since marrying her husband and becoming involved with his church

I'm not just referring to the attires but the whole shabang of Islam as a whole. i.e choosing to be in a belief where women are treated inferior to men.

As to the first statement you make..How do you know whether anyone posting here is Muslim or not?

and as for WHY they are...that is because they choose to be...it is called free will...we all have it.

Why do people choose to do anything....usually because they want to, these days in case you haven't realised people do not have to give anyone, any reason for their life choices, as long as they are not illegal.

"Because they want to" or "free will" doesn't answer anything. 

Most of us will do something for a reason. Choosing to believe in a religion without any reason doesn't seem logical to me. Maybe to you it is, right?

I'm more referring to the women who are not coerced or brainwashed but freely choose Islam. THere's plenty of them in UK. White western women, choosing to be covered and obey the rules of Islam. I'm just intereted in the attraction and the logic of it.

As men, I think it's a great religion to convert to. I can think of plenty of good reason for male to become a muslim. Can't really think of it for women. 

One problem is once converted you can't leave Islam.
