The question is
Will Julia Gillard Lead the Labor Party to the Election
If she leads it will be a total wipe out, if she is replaced at least they may save a few seats but they (the labor party) are headed for political oblivion and a wipe out no matter what they do.

LL: "How typical. Bishop the james hardie lawyer. worked to prevent dying workers from recieving compensation"
LL I would expect better than that from yourself.
Bishop was a solicitor acting on instructions with the assistance of eminent legal counsel and within the boundaries of the law, and was bound under the ethics of the Law Society to represent the "client" CSR/Midalco.

which translated back, means she worked for a multinational with the express purpose of minimizing or avoiding compensation payout's to workers under a death sentence due to the product they were employed to mine. it's not the act of a person of principle however its worded .

Surely a decent lawyer would have advised the James Hardie company on how to best compensate the victims and still keep their name afloat. In my world they would.
