i wonder if people are taught you cant be doing that when you work doing the job?
for me i wouldnt need telling but some are just dumb and think 'well why not'
there are low paid workers who if you hear them talk they seem unlikely to be able to tie their shoelaces without help.
are the call center employees trained on 'confidenciality' and what will happen to them in the event they are caught messing with the knowledge they gain doing the job?
not just getting fired but facing prison?
