I have been trying to find information on how people recover from Corvid-19 - i mean at a biological process level
Seems a search engine fixation on how to catch the disease , how many die , what to do to reduce infection but nothing on how the body defeats the SARS-CoV-2 virus
Anyone out there had any luck in finding any information ?

If there's not enough water, the virus can travel down the trachea into the lungs, where it becomes very dangerous. You've been stuck on cures/prevention/treatment from "The Experts from FOX' again. Perhaps you might also try Alex Mitchells (InfoWars) Silver Toothpaste which with regular use will prevent you catching the dreaded Virus. Also try gaggling salty water.. One of the greatest worries is that Trump (and apparently you) believe all this c**p.
I have nothing to do with "FOX"

Geez. How hard is it
For the claim that drinking water will wash the virus down the oesophagus and into the stomach, UNSW Professor in virology and molecular biology William Rawlinson told AAP FactCheck that COVID-19 particles are “too small to wash away” and infection can occur through the eyes, nose and throat.
“It (COVID-19) binds to cells in the upper part of your nose and throat. Drinking water won’t necessarily wash it away because it gets stuck in the material up there,” he said.
“As the cells burst open and release the virus, viral particles can move down the respiratory tract and infect lower respiratory tract epithelial cells,” the Department of Health spokesperson said.
“This will occur whether or not water is sipped.”
“Hydration is important with any infection, however, sipping water will not prevent infection nor will it prevent infection spreading,” the spokesperson said.

You breath through your nose and mouth the virus goes straight to your lungs.
If some one with the Virus coughs or sneezes close by you breath it in.
If the virus is picked up from a hard service and you touch your face you breath it in
You cant wash the virus out of your lungs.
Stop giving stupid infomation

Stop touching yourself. Especially during a hard service
Agree you can't wash the virus out of your lungs.
But keeping up your fluids will help stop it from getting there.

Icy perhaps you should google human body funtions and see that the air you breath goes to your lungs not to your tummy
Food and water goes in to your tummy, air goes into your lungs 🙂
Water does not go into your lungs unless you are drowning, or choke on your water lok

I agree with icy* , is in plain sight to me - is a matter of reducing the density of virus numbers to give one's body enough time to create immunity before an infection becomes inhibiting.
You believe in UVC filters and NBC suits. Which would work, but are hardly practical. And have nothing to do with the fact that drinking water won't dislodge virii from the lungs.
In context the lungs are not relevant - one symptom of an developing infection is a sore throat , so implies an infection at that site , as such might be helpful in reducing the means of the virus from infecting the throat , by rinsing it down the gurgler , if that is plausable.

Stop misreading the intent of the post or post replies - lung infection has nothing to do with the thought that rincing the throat may mitigate infection being established at that point - ( like washing one's hands ) however if the throat and lungs always get infected at the same time then there is no point

FGS Lio! Maybe you should go back and read what I actually said.
Drinking water regularly to help wash the virus into your stomach where the gastric juices destroy the virus.
This helps prevent the virus (that you may have either inhaled or ingested through touching your lips, nose mouth after picking it up off surfaces), getting into your lungs. I never said water washes the virus out of your lungs. If you have water in your lungs, you have some serious problems
How hard is that for you to understand?
It's not rocket science.
