I have been trying to find information on how people recover from Corvid-19 - i mean at a biological process level
Seems a search engine fixation on how to catch the disease , how many die , what to do to reduce infection but nothing on how the body defeats the SARS-CoV-2 virus
Anyone out there had any luck in finding any information ?

No No No , according to the experts on Fox you drink lottsa water, that way you wash the viriu into your stomach where your stomach acids destroy the virus... Also you need tempertures of 50 deg Centigrade to destroy the virus

"Experts on Fox" Now there's an oxymoron if ever I saw one.
And I don't see how any amount of water is going to wash the virus out of your lungs.

I'm intrigued by the notion that a group of well researched epidemiologists may have gathered here on this little board to discuss their findings.

Enquire within about anything.
There's nothing we can't help you with.

Finds entry via the nose and throat , so makes sense diluting surface pathogens in the throat possibly by gargling maybe distilled water + vinegar might result in many of the nasties being reduced to puss before they can infect
As for the nose , they get bound up in snot in the sinus cavities - now I know of a Chinese restaurant that serves upon request a wickedly hot soup that will have one groping for tissues in order to safely dispose of an unbelievable volume of weighty nasal detritus
ps i think just a tea spoon of vinegar with water not the whole bottle...

May not be always proclaimed official policy but as private people sometimes being prudent and using common sense can result in continued living for the individual

LOL Drinking lots of fluids is generic advice for having any virus like flu. Just as is washing hands etc. It won't hurt and makes people feeling they are in control, and might somewhat reduce the chance of getting infected. How heavy virus load you are exposed to seems to determine the severity of the COVI19 illness, according to my friend who is a doctor in the USA. The best bet is to stay home.
