As far as I know Mike Adams aka The Health Ranger is the founder and owner of Natural News website and the new search engine.
This line is a bit of a give away.
This means you won't find the CDC's vaccine propaganda dominating search results, for example. Instead, you'll find a universe of independent websites that have been suppressed, censored or outright banned by Google.
Seriously? He thinks that the CDC has google banning anti vaccination sites? He clearly hasn't been looking.
