No, it's a really cost-effective solution. Sorry if I let my PC mask slip there a bit. I did of course mean refugees from a life-threateningly dangerous homeland.

And not at all made up predominantly of educated English speaking young men, who really aren't economic refugees at all, looking to bring the rellies over as soon as they get residence
