Hi folks. I've just bought a box of coloured pencils, and will be working on my first drawing soon. I'll post the completed work here. Would love people to post their art here for us to see. Doesn't matter what type of art - drawing, painting, photos/photo manipulation, cake decorating, quilting, poetry, origami, whatever. Let's have some fun and show our creativity. ๐

DDB don't let that person get to you any more.
Nice, Pepe ... very nice.
Lovely quilt, Rosie, love the gold!!!
I haven't spent much time at the "new and improved" PB, but in the past, they had all sorts of tools to "enhance" photographs. Not as good as PS, but good for kids and adults to play around in.

Love your paintings Pepe.
Gorgeous quilt Rosie.
DDB...My sister and a couple nieces, who are no artists in the sense of the word are doing some terrific stuff at the moment.
They are watching, learning and doing art via a couple tv shows on a local community tv station (ch 44 here in the west, ch 31 Melb not sure where else).
One is by Wayne Clements (favoured by my sister) and you can find videos of his on youtube or search on 31 Digital's Official Tube on youtube (that is the better way)
The other is Masterclass in oils with Ken Harris) Also on you tube but only very short snippets.
Might be worth a look. As I said I am impressed what they have learnt watching these shows.
Have fun painting.

Great art work, quilts etc.
DDB - have you thought of enrolling in a basic beginners art class if they are any available near you? It might give you some ideas on how to get started or be the push you need to start.
