there is that law here that i am not allowed to promote hate speech which is fine with me.

religious books however are excepted.

even though they have a serious impact on society.

i do understand why it is so but it is still madness to allow a book to be published that demands that people kill other people because they have different thoughts.

we are reaping the harvest.

I notice the media is pretty good a republishing some pretty interesting words from some of the ISIS fighters,

like the young Aussie who has been in the paper over the last few days.

Also noted that the Muslim nutcase in Sydney has been arrested and charged for what he was saying in the last week.

Maybe teh Gov't has at last learnt that cracking a few heads is the only thing that might get through to them but not

doing anything is worse which is what was occuring.

That is called reporting, and reporting on relevant events and what people are saying is different to writing opinion columns or spouting hate on air.

I think I know which book, the unenlightened koran I think, or maybe the bible, but after the enlightenment they don't practice the barbaric  passages in the bible in the 21st century.

That is not true. If it was, that thread wouldn't have over 6000 posts which don't contravene any board usage policies. Freedom of expression.

Apart from the above,  that thread has nothing to do with the opening post - religious books.
