something the girl should have done when getting her bag to leave, dropped its contents on the floor by her computer then whist picking up her stuff, pulled the plug out of the wall to cut the power to her computer....acidentally of course.

That was the most disgusting handling of a complaint ive heard yet.
AND... she is allowed to have a support person in a review meeting, which that was!
Also, part of the anti-discrimination Act in accordance with the section regarding any workplace grievance policy, says that an employee has the right to make a complaint or grievance with out fear of retribution!

Perhaps someone should tell Chanel 7 HR this.

This young cadet is on a winner here...although, if she wasnt employed for 6mth +, she wont be able to claim unfair dismissal... but sacked due to retribution HELL YES!
