how good is your english?

Extirpation. What does it mean? No googling or looking up in the dictionary, or getting the answer from someone else who googled it or looked it up. Someone has got to know! I don't, that's why I am asking you lot! 😛

Whoever knows what it means, tell us, and then give us another word. If no-one knows what it means after 2 hours, then someone can look it up in the dictionary, tell us what it means, then give us another word.

Go!

Yes, I have an opinion. No you don't have to agree with it. Yes I do have a right to it.

I think it means to execute something, bring something to a conclusion, finish a task.

Whoever knows for sure what the meaning is, reply like this:

Meaning: insert meaning here

This will make it clear who really knows, and not just guessing or fishing around, and will make it easier to spot the answer amongst all the posts.

Oh, and if no-one knows the meaning after one hour, then someone look it up, tell us, and give us another word.

2 hours is way too long. Timeframe may be shorted further if one hour is still too long(and people get really bored waiting for an answer).
