how many free ads can you have on gumtree

If you google, the implication is 25 free listings per day

No duplicate listings

There is a fee for editing after 12 hours

But I do not know if that is current information, as it is from 2009 and 2013 respectively.

thanks for that, i doubt i would list more than 25 items a day too

the fee page comes up when you edit or start a listing but you dont have to pay it.

Just hit the cancel button on the fee page.

I have 2 listings on Gumtree but what was said is right if you edit after about 12 hours you pay I think $2.95 but that puts

it back onto the first page.  In the category I'm using there are hundreds of ads so don't think much of my chances.   Cant keep paying that fee to put it on the front page.

I have bought and sold on Gumtree though,  even sold a car,  so it can work.

I advertise pick-up things on Gumtree but never pay to have them come to the front.  I just delete the original one and redo the ad.  I just copy and paste the title and description into office so no redoing it all over again.
