No, if their organised I guess they should.


Then again some businesses don't want you to know.


 


I think we have 10 a year, so you should write it down everytime you take one.


 


How many people here are required to get a doctores certificate for a single day sick?


My company  tell us that if you take two days sick you need a medical certificate after it was pointed out it costs half you days pay to get a certificate from a doctor for one day.
