I don't think it will stop after the election. Maybe a few less threads, but if TA gets in and makes a gaffe, the Labor supporters are going to be quick on the mark to start a thread about it etc. If TA doesn't become PM, the LNP supporters will be at it for the next 3 years.

When did this political stuff start on CS. I can remember threads being started when Julia G became PM.. all the juliar stuff, and she won't last 3 mths carry on... was that the start of this slippery slope to CS being inundated with mostly political propaganda and trivial stuff ( Julia's glasses, TA blue tie etc)?

Before that maybe 1 or 2 or 3 posters enjoyed a political stoush but only 1 or 2 threads at a time.
