shooting razor pain when i move, could it be a hernia or from a tummy tuck 5 yrs ago?

Hi this is really weird never had this before.  I had a tummy tuck 5 yrs ago and near where the appendix is (had my appendix out) just above the tummy tuck scar when i move my stomach muscles i feels like someone has a razor just under the skin and ripping through my muscles.  When i first felt the pains thought my scar was ripping apart.  Ive seen my dr 2 weeks ago when it started and she felt nothing but ordered a ultrasound mainly looking at my ovaries which i told her its not inside but just under my skin feeling.  It started going away and then 4 days ago its started again REALLY bad i can hardly move.  The ultrasound she couldnt see anything.  I have an appointment monday morning but really fed up sitting really still as i cant handle these sudden pains it actually feels like something is ripping me apart.

Has anyone else had this?

this pain is right down low near the pubic area and i dont have the other symptoms but thanks never thought of gall bladder

Sounds a bit like adhesians from the op. I had a colostomy removed and got adhesians about 4-5 years later.

Sounds terrible, I wonder if it could be scar tissue pain?

I agree with Sandy, I have had 3 large operations and I suffer from adesions and the pain can be like you have described........nothing can be done about them, as if you have them removed, you will only get more.

I take pain killers when I have the pain.

Better see your dr. just to make sure.

Sandy did you have this pain when you got adhesions and did you need surgery?

but can this happen nearly 6 years after surgery? Ive been days just keeping so still im afraid to move. Ive tried to google and no luck

It can happen any time, after surgery, mine started yrs after I had surgery.

I just done a bit of a google, they seem to say it's not likely after 5/6yrs to be scar tissue pain but have mentioned hernia, can you feel a lump in the area?
