At the ebay sign in window I got a dropdown list of suggested IDs passwords and other numbers in the ‘email or user ID’, can someone please tell me how I can remove these unwanted list?
I have tried many times at control panel, internet options and under browsing history, delete cookies and temp internet files, form data and passwords. but the drop down list still appear each time I sign in.

This is nothing to do with ebay really.
You need to clear your browsing data. It will be somewhere in your computer settings.
You can delete auto form fill data that saves your user names and passwords etc.

Go to your account and select Site Preferences, scroll down to Other general preferences and click on Show,(right
hand side).
Then under Other general preferences it will have keep me signed in on this computer.
Make certain that's unticked.
Then log out of eBay and then log back in,(that should re-set it).
If it hasn't then you'll need to clear saved passwords from your browser history when deleting your cookies and
cache,(this will clear all your saved passwords so you will need to know them all to log back into your sites).
When clearing your cookies it will give you an option to not delete them,(you need to untick that box).
That will reset it.
The pre-filled info is usually something that you have typed in at some stage and then you saved it when asked
by your browser.
