Hi David, Are you able to use Coles home delivery? They have their priority online service running now. My first order for over 6 weeks was delivered today. When I placed the order they had both 8 and 20 packs of toilet rolls. Naturally the 20 pack was cheaper anyway so no brainer decision on them.

Pleased to say not only were all the items I wanted available, apart from turnips and swedes- can live without them in my soup, but Coles very kindly included a free gift of 6 Easter buns.

Good luck

no coles up here in wally world (wallaroo south australia, just 1 Woolies, 1 aldi and 1 drakes

theres another drakes in moonta but thats a 35 minute drive from e, so over an hour there and back.

Least you have WW and Aldi, all we have here is IGA or drive a 60km round trip to Hamilton ( $15 in diesel per trip ) and take our chances

This whole issue is getting stupid - they are either going to supply demand or not , if not then an alternative will be found - and in this crisis with Govt assistance

still no toot paper?

John-Paul Drake from Drakes Supermarkets told 9News that toilet paper remains the number one item.
"Toilet paper is the hardest product to get, still. We're still getting weekly deliveries but the delivers are not their normal full quantities," Mr Drake said.

well thats the first time i have heard that
they are not getting their normal quantities.

the story has been they are getting it but its selling out

so why arnt they getting normal supplies?
or better still, above normal?

is someone controlling the release of toilet paper at the warehouse end?

you remember the warehouses, where the man said 'hey, no shortages, we have plenty!'
and the manufactorers were increasing production!

Will he still be in the market for more then, I wonder, or will he still be out there buying up to replenish his stash and depriving those who need it?

I think this will lead to the introduction of a new mental illness which they will probably call Arsamadness, or something. (original suggestion was bleeped LOL).
