This is so sad.     The usual moron  grabs a pretty puppy without doing their homework then dumps it  when it grows into a beautiful clever adult that is not for the suburbs and needs a heap of activity..

there are also the morons who see an oportunity for a quick buck breeding these dogs willy nilly.

 

i dont know for sure but in south australia we now have laws that only registered breders can breed dogs and cats.

 

how its being policeed is another matter.

 

the laws against tail docking appear to have worked as i very raely see a dog missing its tail these days.

 

maybe some breeds will need to be further controlled by having a 'not for pet' status.

if your not wanting one of these dogs for a 'purpose' then forget it?

Yes they keep their scummy eyes open for the flavour of the month dog then set about inter-breeding etc and sell them off the back of trucks like they said in the article.
