unjustified bad feedback

I just read this line in the feedback forum.

"Now we have an open forum. Use it. Make your complaints in the open. Better yet, give your praise in the open. Let everyone know what a joy it was to deal with someone.

I have been writing and talking on the phone several times about unfair feedback left from a buyer and always received the same answer:"The way the buyer wrote it, we can remove it" Since then I noticed this person is not registered any more for a reason Ebay didn't want to tell me but his negative feed back are still on my account... This person has threatened me to give negative feedback (Which he did) if I didn't send back his money, including postage while keeping the item. He complained about one item after leaving a very good feedback, then changed his mind after probably breacking one of the item but he used negative feedback on the 3 left items. 

Can someone tell me what the use of complaining to ebay about unfair feedback? All I receive as feedback is compliments from buyers but only got  a 90% score for months because of a person who probably is a serial blackmailer... I hope this message is received at the right place.

This board is just for other members such as yourself so ebay won't read it, but I can tell you that if a member becomes unregistered within 3 months of joining then their feedback will be removed.  At least that is how it used to be.  As it was quite a while ago that probably doesn't apply to this one but maybe contact ebay again.  It's worth a try.

I love your items.  Especially that toolbench!

Wow... a reply or two... how nice... Thanks for your comment on the bench I always look at it with a loving eye. I had so many e-mail with ebay and phone calls as well first while this idiot was threatning me, then after he did, then after a while having my score gone to 90% then when I saw that he was not registered any more... ebay's response was always the same "Can't remove" by the way their feedback score is bulls... as 80% of buyers don't bother leaving a FB.

And yes that's what I thought, just wait till they remove it after a year...
