Still buy off a seller after you enquired about purchasing it as it hadn't sold, the seller has said they would re-list item for a B.I.N , but upon re- listing they had put a higher price on it than what the B.I.N. price was before?
Keep in mind if it's an auction listing with a BIN, then the BIN now has to be 30% more than the auction starting price. I'm not sure if this is across the board but it is the case with the 40 free listings.
