Yummy white chocolate dipping sauce
Great for dipping fruit into, or serve with cake or other dessert - tastes like icecream but you can take it on a picnic!
200g white chocolate
150mls cream
2tbs liqueur of choice (eg french vanilla kahlua, vanilla galliano, baileys) OR substitue 1 tsp vanilla essence
250gram tub marscapone
Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over a low heat, stirring until melted. Add liqueur, cool to room temperature.
Gently beat marscapone in a bowl and then fold in the chocolate mixture.
