I bought a car stereo from <Removed>.
Recieved it and installed, seemed to work well so left a positive feedback.
Next day, problems started - the unit froze with xtron logo. I had to reboot the car but sometimes it worked and other times it did not. Bluetooth phone system sometimes worked most times did not. USB - constantly reset by itself I could not listen to the music.
I asked for help - they took a while to reply. The automatic reply was "<Removed> is out of office and will get back to you when they are back" - a week or so later, they replied - simply they suggested to "reset".
I did but it did not help. I then requested more help.
The automatic reply then came "<Removed> is out of office...."
Time passed and they then told me they will let me know how to return the unit. But they did not give me the instruction how to return. More time passed. (several weeks)
I got quite angry at this point and decided to complain. Guess what, it was TOO LATE.
Their final email was saying, it is now too late and they cannot help me.
What is this?
Cannot get any money back through ebay or paypal.
DO NOT BUY FROM <Removed>!!!!!!

You have 45 days from payment date to open an Item Not as Described case if you paid by PayPal.
Then you are asked to return it to the address PayPal tell you to via registered post.
If the case closes in your favour, you get a full refund including the initial postage cost.
Don't ever let the buyer string you along past the 45 days.
BTW, it against board rules to name anyone here, best to self report so it's removed before it gets removed by ebay and receiving a black mark on your account.
