How do i resolve problem for pre-order item?

Item (DVD) ordered July with a 6 week delivery time....seller deregisters days after delivery date due. Paypal say more than 45 days too bad! Have emailed seller....surprise...no reply. Any ideas on what to do? Obviously defrauded.

I'm not sure there's much you can do at all in this case, but the seller didn't deregister themselves as that takes 6 months to finalise, and then only if all sales and transactions have been completed and all outstanding fees paid. The only way a seller can leave in under 6 months is if they're booted off the site by eBay themselves, which is clearly what has happened.

Thanks for that. I can see anywhere on this site a contact point to ask Ebay questions. Any ideas on how to contact them?
