No problem but seller thinks there is due to language barrier.

Hi all,


 


I purchased an item and gave all five star feedback a month ago.


 


I had a question about what connectors were used on the equipment (they look just like F connectors but have a finer thread i.e. 40tpi rather than 32tpi.


 


The problem is that my question has been misinterpreted as a complaint about a faulty item.


He wants to give me a refund but I don't want or need one.


 


I don't speak or write Cantonese and the sellers grasp of English is less than perfect.


 


How do I convince the seller there is no problem to fix ?
