Hi , appears that subject company has ceased operations under that name so I suggest note the battery model number and search the net as per , it might be a generic form factor and so compatible with those from other laptop oems
Laptops from that oem are probably wholesale mass market models with local company logo attached.
btw - you might want to acquire a same capacity compatible model hard disk drive and clone the existing drive , which would include the presumed recovery partition just in case the oem hdd mechanically fails
or at least create supported user burnt recovery disk set using the appropriate tool
MS as the Windows licensor seems to take system builder responsibilty for attached Windows licenses of computers sold by system builders who are no longer operating.
