NUTRIENT - It’s important to sufficient of each required nutrient, and preferably in a delicious form that makes eating a pleasure rather than a chore.

TIRESOME - At times I find their continual picking at each other tiresome, but I forget that`s what kids do:-)

EGG - Some people use one egg for an omelette, but I find that two eggs create a much better and nicely fluffy omelette, especially when seasoned with salt and pink pepper and dill.

GOD - I often sit and contemplate whether there is a God. With so much, carnage, hate going on in the world atm I  keep wondering 😧

DEFEAT - The worst defeat is the defeat of the soul; it’s terrible to think of this, but being brutalised or traumatised in a war situation of similar can lie inside a person for the rest of their life unless they are able to find joy in life again.

TODAY - The sun is out and today I am going to treat myself to something nice. Have no idea what it will be but once I see it I will know.

YACHT - It’s the sort of day today when one can imagine sailing on the Aegean under a clear ancient blue sky through smiling waters on a sleek white yacht, holding up a glass of crisp champagne and drawing in a deep breath at the beauty and stillness while laughter and Vivaldi hum over the waters.

TEMPTING - Looking at all those delicious cakes it was very tempting to buy them all:-)

GARDEN - The young woman drifted into the garden where sodden leaves had been trampled into the mud, and her boots sank into the squelching surface as she bent to examine a suspicious-looking weed.
