You have posted on the wrong message boards - this is Fun/Games.....just users like yourself....you need to contact the seller and ask them.
If you get no joy, lodge a dispute

If you funded the paypal payment with your bank account the refund will go back to your paypal account and you will have to do a manual withdrawal to your bank account.

Log into your paypal account and look at the transaction...it will show the status....you can see if the seller has actioned the refund yet.

The chances of them coming back is pretty slim, let alone posting anywhere else so it seemed easier to answer the question than to tell them to go elsewhere.
