2-step verification Australia - Desktop - How to get the verification email instead of text message?

I am trying to change the 2-step verification code to be sent to an email instead to my phone as a text message.

I could not find it, no option.

Anyone with the solution please?

If the option doesn’t appear, that would appear to be a brick wall.

Or… are you using the app? Don’t use the app. Access eBay through browser. That might work.
