My account has dropped below standard as I have 3 cases which were closed without me resolving it and ebay found in favour of the buyers.
This happend when I was still very new to ebay and wasn't really paying any attention to me seller dashboard. Basically to get back above standard my cases closed without seller resloution needs to be below 0.3%. Currently it's just under 3% with 103 transactions. So basically I need to sell 1000 items to get back above standard.
I'm thinking about just closing my account and starting again all this would be a huge set back as I still have %100 feedback with a score of 69 which took me over a year to get to. Just wondeing if anyone has any advice?
