Hello,I’m writing to ask you why do you charge me $9.98 monthly? What is this for? How to cancel it.
Other members are'nt and can't charge you anything
Nor do we know what you have signed up to without reading the t&c where you agreed to the charges for whatever it was
Only you know that
I'm not charging you anything.
Must be something you signed up for.
I don't know how to cancel this mystery charge.
