Any way for me to use a Proof of ID card instead of a Driver's License as I don't drive?

I noticed to continue making a listing that it asks for a Driver's License or Passport. I don't have either because I don't drive and I don't travel internationally. I have a Proof of ID card that I keep being told can be used in place of a Driver's License but no where online do they ever get accepted. Any way I can get in touch with ebay to manually sort it out.

I doubt eBay cs can sort it out for you, especially if it is no longer even possible in the first place

Why would you be trying to list something if you have not already signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell? you'd never be paid so lucky you stopped 

I don't know 'these days', not long after Managed Payments first came in, you could use proof of age/ID card in some states, I never tried. I do not own a car but have a license so had no reason to try another method

If they are not accepted anywhere online, then eBay staff cannot override the rules

Have you tried putting the proof of ID number in the license number field?

Have you read up on the other requirements for Managed Payments?, it is not just ID
