Can I appeal against my LOW compliance rating now? It seems a very harsh reaction by ebay?

I have an excellent feedback record - I pride myself on my service repution & delivery - I recently used a template to list 3 brooches & genuinely overlooked changing the templates  listing category from rings to brooches I immediately had the listing removed from ebay - & was sent a stern email saying any further"violations" & my account could be suspended - this was an innocent genuine mistake - I am quite shaken by the harsh response - my profile for compliance has been dropped from very high to LOW - I am upset by this _ have never violated anything in all the years I,ve been with ebay - it just seems very harsh.

All you can do is call ebay, dont email, and plead your case that it was an honest oversight.

Having said that, some-one must have reported the listing for this to happen, ebay dont find things like this on thier own.
