Change email address. Every time they send me a new code it does not accept the numbers.

Every time they send a new number for verification to my email address, they say it is invalid. Obviously the time it takes to check the email (not a minute) is too long. Don't know what I  don't want emails to old address as it no longer exists. They can send codes to my new one though. Strange ?? Can anyone help.

Are you copy and pasting the code or typing it in?

 

Maybe try the other one to what you are doing?

 

Or it could be a Friday glitch as there are always a lot of Gremlins about due to it being maintenance day

What about instead of getting them to email a verification code, get them to text it to your mobile, it’s the way I do it, much easier and quicker
