I'm afraid with such attitude, you won't get much assistance here.

dothere[their] jobs at all!!! As per photos it’s law [? Perhaps you mean "legally required"] to do a job [?] to help a consumer under the act [of] any country. I want an email address to formally complain about the discrimination [What discrimination? You use the definite article without having specified an act of discrimination] and revolting attacks and attitudes of staff at eBay while trying to get money back from 5 fraudulent sellers. I’m a legal [tautology] lawyer [Have you a practising certificate issued by an Australian jurisdiction?] and I will be taking this further and exposing the incredible lies andun helpfulunhelpful attitude towards eBay plus [Is this a rant about eBay Plus? Or do you mean "eBay and in addition [...]"? andtheretheir policy proceeds and [how they] take my money and [I do] not get it back l!!!!

I don't normally red-pencil posts on these boards. I've done so on this occasion because:
You haven't explained the problem; you've simply... ranted. In fact, you came to these boards for the first time (registering/logging in as a community member) specifically to post that rant.
You appear to think that you are speaking to eBay on these boards. You are not. These are public forums open to all, and the people posting here and reading your post are fellow eBay members, not eBay employees or representatives.
You seem to have only started buying on eBay during the past month. Something about the feedback you've both given and received suggests that you're not really au fait with how buying on eBay works. One of the feedback comments in your profile suggests some poor buyer behaviour:
In short, I felt the spirit of the red pencil come upon me, and I acted upon its behest. If you wish for any further red-pencilling, normal rates will apply.
If you actually want helpful advice, then just post the problem.

it is clear that you haven't read eBay's User Agreement. I won't give you feeback on how I know this, but it will be obvious to the regulars who visit here.
(I'm keeping it to myself in case the legal lawyer takes legal action against me. I'm under no obliation to divulge my defence arguments)
eBay do not read here
the the email address is a bot automated service
As a 'legal lawyer' you should be aware of the process you will need to follow
And basic spelling
Did you open the appropriate disputes to get your money back?
No
And you did not pay eBay anything
Legal lawyer indeed
So you opened the correct disputes and they were all found in the seller's favour in each dispute? is that what you are saying? People who say they are lawyers in response to not using the tools they are given are a dime a dozen.
You should not need a solution here
You say you are a legal lawyer
So do you thing and take action yourself
Better than being an illegal lawyer. Assuming the OP knows what a lawyer is. In fact, in Australia we don't have lawyers. We have solicitors and barristers. Both classes of which are required to pass exams to be legally recognised. Maybe the OP has a law degree but never passed to entrance requirements?
