I'm afraid with such attitude, you won't get much assistance here.

I don't normally red-pencil posts on these boards. I've done so on this occasion because:

  • Your post simply doesn't make sense in its purpose;
  • The (tiny) photo in your post has no relevance whatsoever to your claim. For goodness' sake, it's an Intel Licence Agreement, not an excerpt from eBay's T&Cs or User Agreement, or the ACL, or indeed, any country's consumer legislation;
  • You have misunderstood and mis-stated Australian Consumer Legislation;
  • I am unimpressed with palpably false claims of qualifications and expertise;
  • The misspellings and mangled sentence construction make your post difficult to scan; and
  • I'm frustrated by the exigencies of contacting a German legal entity and making sure I am on top of the specialist terms required... and am grimly awaiting a return phone call from them in the middle of the night, and this frustration has probably seeped into my fingers as I type.

You haven't explained the problem; you've simply... ranted. In fact, you came to these boards for the first time (registering/logging in as a community member) specifically to post that rant.

You appear to think that you are speaking to eBay on these boards. You are not. These are public forums open to all, and the people posting here and reading your post are fellow eBay members, not eBay employees or representatives.

You seem to have only started buying on eBay during the past month. Something about the feedback you've both given and received suggests that you're not really au fait with how buying on eBay works. One of the feedback comments in your profile suggests some poor buyer behaviour:

Spoiler
AVOID THIS BUYER. Cancel their purchases immediately if they buy from you! I sold an item, sent with tracked delivery and 2 weeks later they opened a refund request saying it hadn't arrived despite tracking and further proof it definitely was delivered 10 days prior. Ebay ruled in my favour but the buyer still effectively put a hold on my money 2 weeks later till it was resolved by Ebay as buyer would not close the refund request even after proof of delivery and matching address.

In short, I felt the spirit of the red pencil come upon me, and I acted upon its behest. If you wish for any further red-pencilling, normal rates will apply.

If you actually want helpful advice, then just post the problem.

@soptal57

it is clear that you haven't read eBay's User Agreement.  I won't give you feeback on how I know this, but it will be obvious to the regulars who visit here.

(I'm keeping it to myself in case the legal lawyer takes legal action against me.  I'm under no obliation to divulge my defence arguments)

eBay do not read here

the the email address is a bot automated service

As a 'legal lawyer' you should be aware of the process you will need to follow

And basic spelling

Did you open the appropriate disputes to get your money back?

No

And you did not pay eBay anything

Legal lawyer indeed
