How do I de-register as an E-Bay seller?
Not sure what your question is.
You've never sold anything and if you didn't register for Managed Payments, it's already happened.

Scroll down to "How to stop selling on eBay". It should be the same for Australia, even if the link does not have "au".
Or close your seller account and open a new account only as a buyer, if you want to still buy on eBay.
Just don't list anything for sale?
