Paid the $49 again this year but have not received any of the monthly $5 vouchers as specified in the terms and conditions. Not in January. Not in February.
Section 3 of the T&C clearly states:
3. Offer. Plus Members will receive 1 x $5 voucher in their e-mail and/or via My Messages within 5 days following payment of the membership fees. Eligible Plus Members will continue to receive 1x $5 voucher every 30 days thereafter over the course of a year (Total of $60 worth of vouchers in one year).
They upped the minimum spend to $50, so I have tried to load up my cart with $50+ but no voucher appears.
No voucher in my account.
No voucher in my emails.
Most items I look at only offer free normal postage (which they do even if not a 'Plus' member) - I've seen no free express post offers any more.
There is absolutely no customer value for the $49.
It is a scam.

$49 membership and up to $100 off a single purchase... yep, if you can't comprehend arithmetic, you most definitely lose on that deal 😲
Perhaps you should have simply posted... "I can't count" 😂
Ummm... you're the one who said it's a scam. I merely pointed out that just one single voucher will save you up to $100.
So by using basic math, one can see that a $49 outlay for a $100 return is quite excellent value and far from a scam. No insults were involved at all.
Personally, I used a voucher for $50 off last weekend , and also currently see a $5 voucher and a $10 voucher waiting for me to use. How, pray tell, is that a scam?
FYI... vouchers appear in your "My eBay" summary - not in messages
