Ebay have the wrong email address listed. My email addess is REMOVED and Ebay won't accept

Recently i received some type of notice with my old email address.  that was my old email address but now I have retired from the Police Force.  I have been using REMOVED as my email address but Ebay are saying it's already in use.  I listed my wife's email as a secondary address replacing my police email.

Ebay won't accept my email saying it's already in use.

Please list my REMOVED as my contact address. There appears to be some confusion because my wife gets all my notifications That was the secondary email I have been using REMOVED email for years with Ebay

Basically I need Ebay to change the primary email address back and the secondary email address to be REMOVED

I have been trying to find a help line or a chat line to sort this matter out.

eBay do not read here, but anybody in the world with an internet connection knows your name, email address and phone number.

You are the one who needs to change your email address (in your preferences). For an ex-copper, you don't seem to take online security very seriously.

If your wife has her own seperate eBay account (or has in the past) then that would be why eBay is telling you her email address is already in use.

Create a new email address for yourself in either Gmail or Outlook (free). Use this email address to replace your former police one.
