Ebay plus not taking payment for subscription

Been trying to resub to eBay plus for the past few days on the 5th I signed up still gave me all benefits of it but never took payment and today got an email saying my translation was declined but my card details are up to date and have money in my bank account looks like the same thing has happened today resigned up and no payment taken. Tried support but they tried to get me to make a seller's account to automatic payments for ebay plus??

Could be an ebay glitch. Maybe try later in the week, except fridays.
