Ebay will not accept any of the documents I send for registration for manged payments

Managed payment .Ebay asked for my bank detalis same bank ac they take their fees from would not accept is Saving ac.. round we go askes me to loginto my bank using ebay site not doing that. bank told me never to that. then told me I need a checue acc do not have one  did a chat type to some one just a waist of time still got nowhere. Then got asked to verify my  details using dirver licence rejected that no one to talk to cannot figure out what i need or what the problem is.  at my wits end just a small seller of plants.  HELP I am very novice on the PC Just hope I can find where I have asked this question

Unfortunately, I cannot help, except to voice my opinion. eBay may lose a lot of Sellers. I jumped though all the hoops signing up for eBay and Paypal and I won't be sending personal information over the net to who knows who. Seeing as this new lot will be handling my money, i want THEIR personal details. eBay already has our information so why don;t they just pass it along. Maybe I am just oversuspicious, but it all sounds rather sus to me.

The company handling the managed payments are registered with the Regulator and have to have proof of your identity just like all Australian Financial Institutions.
It is just like opening a bank account with 100 points of identity.
