For a large company not to have a phone support is ridiculous

Use 'eBay Help' at the top of the page to contact them and tell them

 

This is a member to member forum which nobody from eBay reads/checks/monitors 

 

 

Better yet, post your issue here and members who have actual experience in buying and selling on eBay and who know up to date policies can help you

 

The call center which has been closed for over two years is just as helpful as 'Live Chat' where underpaid staff overseas type responses from a pre written script that 'best matches' the question asked

 

Or, if it is too hard, they simply cut you off

 

There us phone support, by the way for a limited number of issues
