I have made a purchase of a watch as a guest and now I need to take a printscreen of the order demanded by our portuguese customs office. But because I did it as a guest, when I follow through the link of the info received on the email, it never allows me to enter as a guest. Can you please help me as soon as possible to avoid the order being sent back to the seller?
