Hi I have had an eBay account since about 2007 , now it is showing up member since 2021

I have had an eBay account since about 2007 and lately, it is showing up I'm a member since 2021 and all my history is gone. 

There is also a new user name.  I haven't been hacked to my knowledge as eBay has never contacted me.

I have lost all my purchase history which some I'm still waiting for arrival and to leave feedback

All I did was change my email address due to my original email account being deleted and could receive codes etc  

On my new account I have purchased several item however just recently when buying it comes up as Temporary Buying restriction ?

What happens if you try to sign in to eBay using your original username?

You will have a buying restriction on your new account, but you need to sort out what has happened to your old one.

It sounds like it may have been hacked, contact eBay on Live Chat and get them to check into your old id.

It may even have something to do with the email address change.
