Hi I recently made a purchase where I did not receive any order conformation

a purchase I recently made has been paid for through my PayPal, I have an invoice number and a transaction ID number from PayPal but I not received any order confirmation so I am not sure if I am going to receive the goods.

there is also no purchase history showing on my eBay account as well. How do I find out if I am going to receive these items

Search for the listing again if it is still live and see if it mentions on the listing 'you have bought one already'.

At the top of your purchase history there's a bar with different options, try looking under "returns and cancelled" or "payment failed", it might be in there.

nothing in any of the "returns and cancelled" or "payment failed", but Paypal have made a payment from our account

How long ago did you buy?

Have you changed the drop down menu in the purchase history?

Have you checked your spam folder for order confirmation?

i purchased the items in the 17th of April 2023

i have not changed anything in my purchase history and there is nothing in my spam folder

Are you sure you didn't buy it as a guest using another email address?
