Where it says G'day (your name) at the top right of your eBay page
Hover over the little down arrow
Choose/click on account settings
On the screen that comes up
Account settings
Close account is the last option
If you have any fees due for anything you signed up to (like eBay Plus or Smartycashback) you will need to cancel those before you close your account and pay any fees due
