How can I change my email address? I deleted it from an old account and need to add it a new one.

I had a personal ebay account and a business one.  I opened the personal one to keep things seperate from the business side.  I have now tried to delete the personal account and use that email on the business one and it won't let me.  I also tried changing the email in the personal one so I could use it in the business account but it still tells me it is being used.  How can I fix this and I need to close the old email address used on the business account.

You will need to make a new email addy as it can take many months if not a year before an addy won't be recognised as already being used for another account.

It usually takes 6 months for an eBay account to be closed. (In case there are any outstanding cases that may come up)
