How do I cancel Ebay Plus I have gone into the membership tab but the drop down isn't working for me

I am trying to cancel my EbayPlus memebership I have done everything to try & get the drop down to work but it won't allow me to edit or cancel my membership?

Cancelling my eBay plus membership was very frustrating.  Instructions send you to the eBay plus membership page, and then tell you to just "edit membership".  However, both on my laptop and my ios ebay app, there was no such option to edit membership.  Most of the help is looping as this is not the same problem for everyone it seems and so it works well for some but not others with no clear explanation as to why.  The well-intentioned folk for whom it is working just keep pointing you to help that does not work for those with the problem.

In the end, the thing that worked for me was typing in www.ebay.com.au/editplus on my iPhone chrome browser.  This showed the required edit membership section.  This did not work on my PC.  I have attached both the phone screen showing the edit membership selection and the corresponding page not showing it on the PC.  These screenshots were taken at the same time before I actually cancelled.

After 2 years I think the OP has solved the issue. But informative answer nevertheless.

I'm not sure as it is working for me on a pc.

Perhaps try another browser or try on a pc if you're not
