How do I contact eBay, I was hacked by a potential buyer that had questions

I had an item for sale and a potential buyer contacted me through questions, somehow got hold of my email and hacked my device and some of my apps in the process resulting in theft. How do I contact eBay to get their details so I can pursue this matter? I’ve lost over $3000 dollars worth of items
